Bakaba is a boutique residential development located in the vibrant coastal city of Playa del Carmen. The main challenge for the client was to convey the authentic context of the project’s location and its connection to the surroundings. At AGAV, we produced interior and exterior renderings that not only highlighted the architecture and design details, but also placed the project within its true environment. Our visuals emphasized the tropical atmosphere, natural light, and lifestyle by the beach, helping the client present Bakaba in a way that felt both realistic and aspirational.
